Rick Cosand, President, has over 10 years of experience in the Manufactured Home Industry.  The foundation for his expertise includes the Service Operation side of Skyline Homes, a National Manufacturer with a Southern California plant located in San Jacinto.

He also served on the Retail side of the business as General Manager for a large Skyline Dealership.  He is responsible for overseeing every detail in building over 230 manufactured homes in the Inland Empire.
